REFOUND POLICY

We offer refunds/replacements if something is wrong with your order. Please get in touch within seven (7) days after your order is delivered. Please get in touch at web@misterbrownstone.com with the following information:

  • Your order number 
  • Photos of your product(s) that indicate damage/issues
  • Photos of your packaging to indicate shipping related issues

Please make sure the product(s) you’ve purchased are exactly what you’ve intended to purchase before paying for your order. If you’re not sure, please ask.

At this time, products can only be exchanged if the product is still pending or in production. Simply put, if you haven’t received a tracking number yet, it’s likely possible you can exchange your item. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts in appropriate product descriptions. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at web@misterbrownstone.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one.
